Description

Delightful bite-sized treats that combine flaky pastry with creamy, tangy flavors and a touch of sweetness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully unroll the crescent roll dough. Cut each triangle in half.
  4. Press each piece of dough into the muffin cups to form a base.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each dough cup, followed by a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top.
  6. If using pecans or orange zest, sprinkle on top for added flavor and texture.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, use low-fat cream cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
