- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs (optional, for added richness)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the orange juice, almond milk, maple syrup, orange zest, and eggs if you are using them.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the cranberries and nuts if desired.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and firm to the touch.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving. You can enjoy it warm or cold!
