 - 1 orange, zested and juiced
 - 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
 
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
 - In a food processor, combine the fresh cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
 - Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped but still has some texture.
 - Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary.
 - If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
 - Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to meld the flavors.
 
Notes
This relish can be made ahead of time and will keep in the refrigerator for up to one week. The flavors deepen over time.
