			- 2 cups rice
 - 1 pound chicken breasts, marinated
 - 1 cup queso cheese sauce
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon cumin
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Toppings (e.g., avocado, cilantro, lime wedges)
 
Instructions
- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
 - Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
 - Remove chicken and set aside.
 - In the same pot, add rice and stir to coat in the oil.
 - Pour in 4 cups of water and add cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
 - Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
 - Once the rice is cooked, return the chicken to the pot and mix in the queso sauce.
 - Serve with your favorite toppings.
 
Notes
Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor. Use long-grain rice for fluffier results.
