  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, and if you’re using them, the green onions and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
