Description

A delicious and quick breakfast treat featuring crispy bacon and creamy cheddar cheese baked on bagels.


Ingredients

  • 4 bagels (any variety)
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Slice the bagels in half and spread the cheese mixture generously on each half.
  5. Crumble the cooked bacon and sprinkle over the cheese mixture on each bagel half.
  6. Arrange the bagel halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
