Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Campbell’s soup (any flavor)
  • 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mixed blend)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Campbell’s soup, cooked rice or pasta, cheese, chicken, mixed vegetables, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can prepare it ahead of time and freeze before baking.
