Ingredients

- 2 cans of Campbell’s soup (any flavor)
- 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mixed blend)
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Campbell’s soup, cooked rice or pasta, cheese, chicken, mixed vegetables, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can prepare it ahead of time and freeze before baking.
