Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent rolls and spread it across the bottom of the dish, pressing together any seams.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crescent roll layer in the dish.
  6. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it on top of the cheesecake filling, sealing the edges.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  8. Allow it to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
