- 2 cans of crescent roll dough
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls and spread it across the bottom of the dish, pressing together any seams.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crescent roll layer in the dish.
- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it on top of the cheesecake filling, sealing the edges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Allow it to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
Notes
Serve warm with whipped cream or fresh berries. Can be frozen for longer storage.
