- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef to the pot, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and creates a smooth sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta back into the pot, tossing it in the sauce until well-coated.
- Dish out the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley before enjoying!
