  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once done, drain it and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

  4. Add the ground beef to the pot, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.

  7. Add the cooked pasta back into the pot, tossing it in the sauce until well-coated.
