- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until thoroughly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
