- 8 oz pasta of your choice (spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine work great)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until you have a creamy sauce.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
