Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the ramen noodles, broccoli, and carrots, then cook for about 3-4 minutes until the noodles are tender.
  5. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, mixing until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes
