- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles, broccoli, and carrots, then cook for about 3-4 minutes until the noodles are tender.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce, mixing until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Try adding a squeeze of lime or a dash of chili oil for a kick. You can also experiment with different vegetables or proteins.
