Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Sauté until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well combined and creamy.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring each strand is coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.

Notes
