Description

Creamy Garlic Steak features tender ribeye steaks in a rich, garlicky cream sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet, searing for about 4-5 minutes per side until they reach your desired doneness. Remove them and let them rest.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, ensuring to stir occasionally.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into a smooth and creamy sauce.
  7. Slice the steaks and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, let the steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Pair with roasted vegetables or a full-bodied red wine.
