Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks, and brown nicely.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and any optional spices you enjoy.
- Pour in the heavy cream and allow it to come to a gentle simmer, monitoring as it thickens slightly.
- Off the heat, mix in the shredded cheese until melted and blended.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy beef sauce, stirring well to coat.
