Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef, cooking until nicely browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
Notes
For lighter sauce, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Serve with garlic bread and a green salad for a complete meal.
