- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, add the olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cauliflower and broccoli. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until just tender.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sautéed veggies, heavy cream, shredded cheese, onion powder, paprika, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley right before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat cheese and consider adding cream cheese.
