Description

A comforting and healthy creamy low carb chicken casserole that’s easy to prepare and perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, along with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until everything is well combined. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  6. Once finished, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
