- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, along with salt and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until everything is well combined. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Once finished, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
