- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and chicken broth until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, riced cauliflower, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- If you’re using broccoli florets, fold them into the mixture gently.
- Transfer everything to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
