- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing the baking dish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray. Pour the chicken mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until hot and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
