  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (low-carb version recommended)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain well and set aside.
  3. Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread this chicken and vegetable mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
