Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli until it’s just tender, then drain well to avoid excess moisture.
  3. Mix together the chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large bowl until everything is coated nicely.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in your prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until it’s hot and bubbly.
  7. Allow it to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
