- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain it well to avoid excess moisture.
- Combine shredded chicken, cooked turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle additional cheddar and mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Allow it to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to let it set.
Notes
This casserole is budget-friendly and can be made with rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. Freezes well for up to 3 months.
