  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • Additional ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • Additional ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli until it’s just tender, then drain well.
  3. Combine the chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure everything is coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
