- 5 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- Additional ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- Additional ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli until it’s just tender, then drain well.
- Combine the chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure everything is coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
- Allow it to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For a creamier texture, consider adding a couple of ounces of cream cheese to the mix. Enhance flavors by adding red pepper flakes or Italian herbs.
