- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
