Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add pasta, beef broth, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook until pasta is tender and sauce is creamy, about 10 minutes.

Notes
Let the pasta rest a minute after cooking to allow the sauce to thicken. Serve with additional Parmesan, red pepper flakes for heat, or a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
