- 1 lb Ground Beef

- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies (Rotel)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil a pot of salted water, add elbow macaroni, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add Flavor: Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour in the Rotel, cream cheese, and beef broth. Mix until cream cheese is melted and creamy.
- Mix with Pasta: Add cooked pasta and stir thoroughly to coat in the creamy mixture.
- Cheesy Finish: Sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve Hot: Let cool for a minute before serving.
