Description

A fun and creative meatloaf shaped like a cute little mouse, perfect for Halloween gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black olives (for eyes)
  • Sliced cheese (for ears)
  • Ketchup (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, minced onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a mouse form on a baking sheet, with a rounded body and a smaller head.
  4. Use black olives for the eyes and sliced cheese for ears.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  6. Once done, decorate with additional ketchup for a spooky effect before serving.
