			- 2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 large egg
 - 2 tablespoons milk
 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - Nonstick cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Prepare the apples by peeling (if desired) and cutting them into fry-like sticks. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
 - Set up three bowls: one with flour, another with whisked egg and milk, and the third with panko breadcrumbs, sugar, and cinnamon.
 - Coat each apple stick by dredging in flour, dipping in the egg mixture, and then coating with the breadcrumb mix.
 - Lightly spray the coated apple fries with nonstick spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
 - Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
 - Enjoy warm with your favorite dips like caramel sauce or yogurt.
 
Notes
For extra crispy fries, consider soaking the apple sticks in cold water with a squeeze of lemon juice for about 10 minutes before patting them dry.
