- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or your favorite toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cabbage into wedges, keeping the core intact.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the seasoning mixture generously onto the cabbage wedges.
- Place the cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and browned.
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese just before serving. Enjoy warm!
