Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or your favorite toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into wedges, keeping the core intact.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture generously onto the cabbage wedges.
  5. Place the cabbage wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and browned.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese just before serving. Enjoy warm!
