- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, sauce of choice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface, and evenly distribute the chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese among them.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the wraps from the air fryer, slice them in half, and serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Use leftover chicken for convenience. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer for the best crispiness.
