- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, and your choice of sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, add the chicken breasts and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a crispy exterior.
- Once cooked, take the chicken out and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Lay out the tortillas or wraps. Layer with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by the sliced chicken and any optional toppings you desire.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them back into the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese and crisp up the wraps.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sauce or dressing.
Notes
Let the chicken rest before slicing to maintain juices. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer for best results.
