Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating
Instructions
- Combine the water, butter, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, and bring to a boil.
- Add the flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms. Remove from heat.
- Cool the dough slightly, then mix in the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract until smooth.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small, bite-sized pieces into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then roll warm churro bites in the mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
