Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Combine the water, butter, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms. Remove from heat.
  3. Cool the dough slightly, then mix in the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small, bite-sized pieces into the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then roll warm churro bites in the mixture.
