Description
Deliciously crispy Air Fryer Paprika Potatoes, perfect as a side dish or snack, with a delightful blend of spices for big flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs (700 g) baby potatoes or regular potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley or chives
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Thoroughly wash the potatoes. If using larger potatoes, cut them into evenly sized wedges for consistent cooking. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
- Season the potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the potato wedges and toss until coated.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Air fry the potatoes: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve and garnish: Transfer to a serving plate and optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These potatoes pair wonderfully with dipping sauces and can also stand alone as a snack or appetizer.
