Description
A quick and easy recipe for crispy, flavorful potato cubes made in the air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 medium Potatoes (peeled or unpeeled, cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- Optional garnishes: Fresh parsley or chives
Instructions
- Prepare the potatoes: Wash and peel (if desired), then cut into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- Season the potatoes: In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the potato cubes. Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently until fully coated.
- Preheat your air fryer: Set it to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
- Cook the potato cubes: Arrange the seasoned cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Transfer the potato cubes to a serving plate. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives for added flair. Enjoy them warm!
Notes
For even cooking, cut potato cubes as similar in size as possible. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for maximum crispiness.
