  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Prepare your mango salsa by dicing the mango and red onion, then chopping the cilantro.
  7. Combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Add salt to taste.
