- 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
- Prepare your mango salsa by dicing the mango and red onion, then chopping the cilantro.
- Combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Add salt to taste.
- Serve the crispy salmon bites hot alongside the fresh mango salsa.
Notes
For the best results, use fresh, high-quality salmon and don’t overcrowd the air fryer. Leftover salmon bites can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
