  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap a mozzarella ball tightly with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  3. Roll the bacon-wrapped mozzarella in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Place the poppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the maple syrup and garlic powder, simmering for about two minutes.
