- 8–10 small flour or corn tortillas
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, salsa, chili powder, cumin, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Spray the tops with cooking spray or brush lightly with olive oil for added crispiness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the taquitos are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
