Instructions

  1. Combine warm water and yeast in a bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix ingredients until a dough forms, then knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and transfer it to a greased baking sheet, stretching it to fit the pan.
  7. Top the stretched dough with minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and fresh herbs.
  8. Dimple the surface with your fingers, then drizzle with olive oil and let it rise again for 20 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
