Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese over each chicken breast.
- Top with a handful of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
- Arrange the wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the bacon is golden and crispy, and the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Notes
Allow the wraps to cool for a few minutes before serving to settle the juices. For extra crispiness, use a baking rack.
