Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the all-purpose flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour in the boiling water gradually, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough until it’s smooth, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  5. Roll each part into a thin circle. Brush oil on each circle and sprinkle with chopped scallions.
  6. Roll each circle into a cylinder and coil it into a round shape, then gently flatten it.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each pancake for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot, and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with soy sauce, chili oil, or a tangy dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
