- 1 package phyllo dough
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chili honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese and feta in a bowl until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare phyllo by layering sheets and brushing each with olive oil.
- Form the rolls by placing a spoonful of the cheese mixture on one end of the phyllo and rolling tightly.
- Repeat until all phyllo and filling are used.
- Prepare for baking by placing rolls on a baking sheet and brushing tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Finish by drizzling with chili honey before serving.
