Description

Delightful crispy rolls filled with creamy feta and cream cheese, drizzled with a sweet and spicy chili honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chili honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese and feta in a bowl until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare phyllo by layering sheets and brushing each with olive oil.
  4. Form the rolls by placing a spoonful of the cheese mixture on one end of the phyllo and rolling tightly.
  5. Repeat until all phyllo and filling are used.
  6. Prepare for baking by placing rolls on a baking sheet and brushing tops lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Finish by drizzling with chili honey before serving.
