Ingredients

- 1 – 1½ lbs. green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Lemon (to squeeze over the top, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim both ends of your green beans to prepare them for roasting.
- In a large bowl, combine the green beans, oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss until every bean is well-coated.
- Spread the green beans out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, checking for your desired level of crispiness.
- Once done, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted beans for an extra burst of flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best results, reheat in the oven.
