- 1 – 1½ lbs. green beans
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Lemon (for optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the ends off the green beans and place them in a large bowl.
- Add the oil, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Toss thoroughly until the green beans are well coated.
- Spread the green beans evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
- Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top just before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
