Description

Roasted green beans infused with garlic, crisped to perfection, and topped with parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lbs. green beans
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Lemon (for optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the ends off the green beans and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add the oil, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Toss thoroughly until the green beans are well coated.
  5. Spread the green beans evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until crispy.
  7. Optional: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top just before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
