			- 1 – 1½ lbs. green beans
 - 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
 - 6 garlic cloves, minced
 - ¼ cup grated parmesan
 - ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
 - ½ tsp black pepper
 - Lemon (to squeeze over the top, optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Trim both ends of your green beans.
 - In a large bowl, combine the green beans, oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
 - Spread the green beans on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
 - Place the pan in the oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
 - Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted green beans before serving. Enjoy immediately!

For best results, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet and consider roasting in batches if needed.
