Description

  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim both ends of your green beans.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the green beans on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Place the pan in the oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
