Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) to keep your chicken warm while you fry the batches.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, placing a rack inside if available.
  3. In a saucepan, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Set aside.

  5. In a bowl, whisk together egg whites, cornstarch, and salt.
  6. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, then coat with cornstarch.
