- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and pat it dry. Cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. If using, add the parmesan now.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately as a side or snack.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
