A simple and delicious recipe featuring perfectly cooked chicken breasts, crispy and golden brown, topped with a luxurious garlic cream sauce.

- 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large, halved)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour the cream into the skillet, stirring continuously.
- Add the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
- If using spinach, stir it in now and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over the top. Allow to simmer for an additional minute before removing from heat.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute half the cream with chicken broth, or swap the Parmesan for a dairy-free alternative. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
