Description
A delicious and creamy chicken dish made easily in a crockpot with minimal effort, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

			- 1.5 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless
 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped or left whole
 - 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
 - ¾ cup chicken stock
 - 4 ounces cream cheese
 - ¼ cup butter, softened
 - 0.6 ounces Italian dressing mix (dry powder)
 - 1 pound angel hair pasta
 
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
 - Place the chicken breasts and garlic into the crockpot.
 - Soften the butter and cream cheese in the microwave and whisk until smooth.
 - Add the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, and chicken stock to the mixture. Whisk until well combined.
 - Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
 - About 30 minutes before cooking is complete, shred the chicken with two forks and stir it back into the sauce (optional).
 - Just before the chicken is done, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain well.
 - Serve the creamy chicken mixture over the pasta and enjoy.
 
Notes
Add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition and flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for several months.
