- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can of corn
- 1 packet of chili seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and choose your cooking time: low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, and enjoy!
