Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 packet of chili seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili seasoning, and chicken broth.
  3. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover and choose your cooking time: low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
